Recruitment Rewards is a new program that we’re implementing to help us expand our team of school bus drivers, and we need your help! If you know of anybody who would make a great school bus driver, tag them in the comments of this Facebook post, and you could be eligible to win a $50 gift card.
Here is everything you need to know about this program:
- The $50 will come in form of a gift card through the mail
- You (the person who tags a candidate) can have your choice of a Sheetz, Walmart, or Giant gift card
- You are eligible for the $50 gift card whether you work/have worked for Rohrer Bus or not
- You are only eligible for the $50 gift card after the candidate receives their CDL and all endorsements
- If the candidate meets all requirements, we will Facebook message you, and ask for your valid mailing address
- If you and multiple people tag the same candidate and the candidate gets licensed, only the FIRST PERSON who tagged the candidate is eligible for the $50 gift card
- You are eligible for multiple gift cards if you tag multiple candidates (and are the first to tag these candidates) who meet all requirements
- In initial phone interviews, we ask candidates how they heard about this job opportunity. You should make sure that your candidate knows to mention your name and that you tagged them in this Facebook post
